FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) documents are created to answer many general questions about an organization's mission, vision, goals, business-related questions, and/or questions about a particular product or service. FAQ's should be made available to the public, and are often posted on corporate web sites. The main purpose of FAQ documents is to answer many of the questions a potential customer, partner, investor, media contact or even employee may have.
