Update Your Company and Account Information

At any time, you can update your contact and company information, including your company's primary contact person's name, phone, fax, email, mailing and billing address, credit card information, password, as well as updating your company logo. All this can be done in the 'Account Info' section. To update your company/contact information, follow these simple instructions:

  1. Go to www.workinpr.com, and click on the black 'Employers' button near the top of the page. Then click on the 'Account Info' button in the blue navigation near the top of the page, and login using the user name and password assigned to your office.
  2. You will then be directed to the account information form where you can update any/all information necessary. Once you make the necessary changes, click on the red 'Save' button near the bottom of the form, and your changes will be saved to the database.

Information that can be updated/changed in the 'Account Info' section:

General Information:
Company Name
Contact First & Last Name
Phone
Fax
Email
Website Address
Mailing Address:
Address 1
Address 2
City, State, Zip Code, Country
Billing Address:
Address 1
Address 2
City, State, Zip Code, Country
Credit Card Information:
Card Holder
Card Number
Expiration
Company Logo:
You can upload your company logo for the first time, or can change your existing logo (the database accepts either .gif or .jpg file types). Note that the logo you select will appear at the top of each job listing for your company.
Password:
You can change your password at any time, if so desired.
