Search the Candidate Resume Database In addition to having job seekers send you resumes directly in response to your job listing, you can seek out candidates proactively by searching the workinpr.com resume database. As an employer, once you post a position on workinpr.com you will have unlimited access to our candidate resume database. You will be able to access the resume database as long as you have job listings active on workinpr.com. You can do a simple resume search by location, and can also do more extensive searches based on a number of search options: title, desired industry experience, desired area of expertise, desired income, and type of position. To search the resume database:
Explanation of resume search options: State. You may select one or up to five states to search for candidate resumes. (To select more than one state, hold down the Control key on your keypad while selecting multiple states.) Searching by state refers to the State the candidate included in their address when submitting their resume. Title. Select the Job Title that will match your search with candidates seeking the same type of position. For instance, if you are looking to hire an Account Executive, select Account Executive in the drop down box to find candidates who are seeking jobs as an AE. Desired Industry. Select the desired industry experience that you want qualified candidates to possess. For instance, if you are looking for someone who has experience in the Healthcare industry, select Healthcare in the drop down box. Area of Expertise. Select the expertise area that you want qualified candidates to possess for a particular position. For instance, if you are looking for candidates that have experience in media relations, select Media Relations from the drop down box. Desired Income. Select the salary range that will match your search with candidates seeking the same level of compensation. Type of Position. Select the Position Type (Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Freelance and Internship) that will match your search with candidates seeking the same type of position. International Jobs. If you are trying to fill a position outside of the United States, by clicking 'Yes' in this section, your search will match with candidates that are interested in working internationally.
