Manage Listings

From the 'Manage Listings' section on workinpr.com, you can login to view the current status of your job postings, including the ability to keep track of how many times your listing has been viewed by job seekers. In this area you can also delete, renew or expire any job listing, as well as purchase additional listings if desired. For instance, if your job is close to expiring and you'd like to keep it online past the 60 days, you can renew the listing easily online. You can also delete any listing from the database once the position has been filled.

To manage your listings, follow the instructions below to view, renew or delete listings, or to purchase additional listings.

To view your company's current listings:

  1. Go to www.workinpr.com, and click on the black 'Employers' button near the top of the page. Then click on the 'Manage Listings' button in the blue navigation near the top of the page, and login using the user name and password assigned to your office.
  2. You will now see a table displaying all job listings related to your company. To view what the listing actually looks like for a job, click on the Job Title link.
  3. Once you've viewed a particular listing, click on the 'Manage Listings' button at the bottom of the listing to return to the page that displays all of your job listings.

To delete a job listing that's been filled:

  1. Once you're in the 'Manage Listings' portion of the site where you can view all listings related to your company, find the particular posting that you'd like to delete.
  2. Select 'Delete' under the 'Actions' column for the particular listing that you'd like to delete and click 'Go'. The position will be permanently deleted from the database.

To disable a job listing:

  1. If you do not want to permanently delete a current listing from the workinpr.com database, but do not want it to be visible to job seekers, you can disable the listing. It will remain in your manage listings section as a 'disabled' listing, and you can enable it at any time.
  2. To disable a listing, select 'Disable' under the 'Actions' column for the corresponding listing, and then click 'Go'. The position will not be visible to job seekers, but will remain in the database in the event you want to enable it at a later date. Note: Once you post a job, the listing remains on workinpr.com for 60 days, and you can disable/re-enable jobs anytime within that 60-day period.

Explanation of columns displayed in the 'Manage Listings' table:

Title. The title of the job listing appears in the left-most column. If you click on the job title link, you will be directed to a page where you can view what your job listing looks like. To return to the Manage Listings table, click on the red 'Manage Jobs' button at the bottom of the page.

Company. Your company name will appear in the second column of the Manage Listings table. You may have an instance where you might post a position on behalf of your client, so their company name would appear, given you typed in their company name when completing the online form to post a job.

Location. The city and state are displayed, indicating the location of each job.

Expires. The date shown in this column indicates when your position(s) will expire. If a job is expired, it will not be visible online and will not be accessed by job seekers. If you would like to renew a listing that has expired, simply select 'Renew' under the 'Actions' column and click 'Go'. It will then direct you to a secure screen where you will be charged to renew the listing for an additional 60 days.

Status. The status column indicates the current status of your job listings. 'Active' listings are currently live on workinpr.com and are visible to candidates. 'Ready to Activate' means that a listing is not currently live on the workinpr.com site. The listing is stored in the database, and employers can modify it before posting it live to the site. 'Disabled' means that a listing is still in the database, but has been disabled and is therefore not viewable by candidates. 'Expired' indicates that a job listing has expired (has run on workinpr.com for over 60 days) and is no longer visible to job seekers.

Views. This number indicates how many times a particular listing has been viewed by job seekers.

Actions. The 'Disable', 'View' and 'Delete' selections in the Actions column allows you to disable, view, or delete any job listing. Selecting the desired action for a particular job and clicking 'Go' will enable the selected action to occur.
