Fee Structure
The Workinpr.com model is designed to offer employers maximum flexibility based on their recruiting needs. There is no cost to the candidate.
There are two primary packages:
Full Service - candidate search and placement.
Includes start-to-finish placement: candidate sourcing, screening interviews, onsite interview scheduling, reference checks, compensation negotiation.
Cost: 20% of annual salary (minimum salary =$100K)
Unbundled Service - hourly fee for candidate search and placement services. Customized packages available based on employer needs.
Cost: $150 per hour
